TomisinTech Designs provides professional web design and development services for local businesses. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Consultation, planning, and revisions

3. Project Engagement

All projects begin after mutual agreement on scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. A proposal or written agreement will outline project expectations before work begins.

4. Payment & Proposals

• Pricing is outlined in the project proposal
• Payment terms must be agreed upon before work begins
• An initial deposit must be paid before project begins
• Late payments may result in project delays

5. Revisions & Changes

Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond scope may require extra time and cost.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, ownership of the completed website is transferred to the client. TomisinTech Designs reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

TomisinTech Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or website performance issues beyond reasonable control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project if terms are violated or communication breaks down. Work completed up to termination may still require payment.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
